Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee driver supervision, route planning, DOT compliance, and daily operations at client sites. The OM reports to the General Manager and coordinates with drivers, clients, and vendors to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• Experience coordinating drivers and client needs is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and DMV policies is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all drivers and enforce SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes are operating and servicing client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
