Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Road Supervisor to oversee field operators and ensure efficient service delivery. You will report to the General Manager and coordinate communications between the field operations team.

The role requires CDL with Passenger Endorsement, open availability, and a track record of managing transit operations. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities across locations.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Open availability and flexible schedule.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management; 3+ years in transit preferred.
• Experience in public or private transit/tmo or related.
• Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of operators to ensure safe bus operations and policy compliance.
• Provides guidance to operators on issues such as customer complaints and safety.
• Coaches and mentors staff to maintain high morale and service quality.
• Monitors on-time performance and prepares reports.
• Enforces company policies and conducts performance evaluations.
