Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 management presence to frontline operations staff.
• Monitor daily operations, on-time statistics, attendance, and performance data.
• Implement and support operations technologies (Zonar, AVL, VDS).
• Develop manpower requirements and training for supervisors and drivers.
• Complete daily/weekly reports to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
