Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• DOT drug testing and physical per regulations where applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service and monitor performance (route start time, on-time performance, incidents).
• Respond to customer and driver questions about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage vehicle operator emergencies and escalated calls.
• Prepare department reports and use communication tools.
• Support employees and drivers with internal and external requests.
• Assist Dispatch Manager with resolving problems and requests.
