Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise drivers, manage routes, and ensure service levels at client sites. The OM reports to the General Manager and will work on site, collaborating with the client and vendors to maintain safe, reliable transportation operations.

The role requires 3+ years in operations management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; DOT knowledge is a plus and physical stamina is expected.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with prioritization and problem solving.
• DMV policies and procedures knowledge preferred but not required.
• Well versed in DOT compliance.
• Class B Driver license with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsement is a bonus.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and develop SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes are running and meet client needs.
• Make staffing and coverage decisions; communicate with team.
• Hire, interview, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
• Support policy/procedure development.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
• Additional duties may apply.
