Qualifications

• 3+ years’ Supervisory experience in Operations Management.
• DMV knowledge preferred but not required.
• Licensed Class B driver with Passenger and Air brakes endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and implement SOPs per client and WeDriveU policies.
• Provide staff leadership to promote safe, efficient, and effective operations.
• Ensure transit routes are continuously operating and meet client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them to drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, train, and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership and suggest route changes.
• Support policy development and procedures for the company.
• Assist the General Manager as needed.
• Additional duties may apply.
