Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to report to the General Manager. The OM will supervise drivers, implement SOPs, ensure routes run on schedule, and coordinate with the client and vendors on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in transportation/operations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all drivers and implement SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes are operating and serving client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate with team and client management.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership numbers and suggest route changes.
