Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Road Supervisor to join our operations team in the United States. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on coordinating field operations to ensure the service runs efficiently and safely.

You will supervise operators, address customer and safety issues, and monitor performance. A CDL with Passenger Endorsement and open availability are required; transit ops experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Open availability and flexible schedule are required.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Operations Management with transit industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of operators to ensure safe, compliant bus service.
• Provides guidance to operators on issues such as customer complaints and safety concerns.
• Coaches and mentors staff to promote high morale and service excellence.
• Monitors on-time performance and reports findings timely.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collects and audits performance data and DVIs.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations and administers disciplinary actions as needed.
