Via Transportation in Atlanta is seeking a Field Manager for its Transit-as-a-Service Operations team. You will manage daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and align driver supply to meet demand using our technology platform.

This role is fully in-person with 4-5 days on-site weekly and requires weekly travel to Birmingham, AL. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to scale processes and monitor KPIs, delivering outstanding customer experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management, creating and refining operational processes.
• Ability to manage a book of business with ownership of KPIs and revenue goals.
• Strong communicator with partners, customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational excellence and a great customer experience.
• Oversee in-person operations; may require early mornings or evenings.
• Manage driver supply to meet demand and ensure sufficient vehicles in service.
• Prioritize issues as real-time point of contact and implement solutions.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and tools for growth.
• Analyze metrics to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.
