The position is full-time and located in San Jose, CA. It requires 3-5 years of dispatching experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts. Union benefits are provided under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience dispatching.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.
