Job summary

MTM Health is seeking a Dispatcher in Phoenix to direct day-to-day route and trip operations. You will coordinate with drivers and monitors, ensuring safe, cost-effective, on-time performance in compliance with client and MTM procedures.

The role requires typing and computer skills, GPS knowledge, and strong communication. Officiate schedules, monitor service quality, and report incidents, with benefits and growth opportunities within MTM’s Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Call Center experience; 6 months Customer Service experience; 2+ years in transportation routing/dispatching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching rides and phone information.
• Organize trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide directions to destinations for drivers.
• Assist drivers with problems or scheduling issues.
• Establish and maintain communication with transportation providers.
• Report incidents to the applicable manager.
• Document no-shows or on-time-performance issues.
• Inform providers of next-day trips and new trips.
• Monitor radio, telephones and service quality.
• Record departure, destination, and return times.
• Provide feedback on drivers’ performance.
