Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking Dispatchers for a work-from-home role. You will be responsible for day-to-day routing of third-party transportation vendors and trips, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and on-time performance across the network.

Responsibilities include assigning trips, routing based on schedules, assisting providers, and reporting issues. Requires 1+ year call center experience, strong communication, and knowledge of scheduling software and GPS/GIS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must reside in an approved state.
• 1+ year of call center experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GPS and GIS systems preferred.
• Good organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and deadline-driven.
• Proficient with scheduling software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assign same day and urgent trips to third party transportation providers.
• Organize and route trips based on schedule and location.
• Provide assistance to providers and drivers with trip performance issues.
• Document and report no-shows or on-time issues.
• Inform providers of new trips.
• Maintain effective communication with providers.
• Provide feedback to leadership on provider performance.
• Monitor on-road service quality and on-time performance.
• Route and schedule next day and future trips daily.
• Escalate issues with unscheduled trips as needed.
