Job summary

MTM Transit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline image of the company in the Phoenix area. The role includes handling calls, data entry, scheduling trips, and maintaining accurate records in our systems.

You will support eligibility verification, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with special projects, while upholding HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Typing speed 30 WPM or greater.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and verify eligibility for transportation services.
• Enter customer contact information into software accurately.
• Schedule trips cost-effectively and maintain daily scheduling.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and document complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
