Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of one-on-one daily passenger service over the phone with high call volume preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation.
• Participate in an extensive paid training program for customer service and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment and protect member data.
• Aim for quality service with acceptable call metrics, attendance, and productivity.
• Assist with weekends/holidays as needed and adapt to diverse customer needs.
