Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Director, Transformation to lead the Accelerate 2030 program from planning through execution. This role partners with the CTO, drives governance, aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, and reports progress to the Global Executive Board.

The position requires PM expertise in complex, matrix environments, with a strong focus on delivering high-visibility strategic projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or credentials preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in transformation or program execution.
• Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transformation governance, updates, and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional program planning and scheduling across segments.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across initiatives.
• Prepare executive updates and transform strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
