Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Management Director to lead US/Global project management for a major client portfolio. The role oversees interior fit-outs, capital improvements, site work, and complex ground-up projects, with a focus on client satisfaction, leadership, and delivering multi-discipline solutions across teams.

The position requires extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and value for the client while maintaining JLL

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience leading real estate project management teams.
• Proactive thinker and leader with corporate experience.
• Ability to influence outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction methods.
• High organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service project management for a national portfolio; guide teams to elevate service.
• Grow and manage key client and account relationships; resolve conflicts.
• Achieve KPIs while delivering high-standard communications.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and expand account capabilities.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Interact with PMs, architects, client staff, and vendors to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Ensure account team performance and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Foster a diverse, high-performing project delivery team.
