Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Programs & Performance Lead to drive strategy, governance, and execution of engineering programs across a global portfolio. You will lead multiple functions—standards, governance, incident governance, and training—while partnering with regional leadership to ensure scalable execution and measurable outcomes.

This senior role requires strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within engineering operations or similar complex environments.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering programs and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of engineering operations, maintenance programs, risk management, change governance, and incident management.
• Ability to develop performance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across dispersed stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent executive communication and client-facing capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and measurable operational outcomes across regions.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and engineering reporting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and execution of strategic engineering initiatives.”
• Provide direct leadership for Engineering Standards & Process, Change & Incident Governance, and Engineering Training & Capability teams.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and governance frameworks.
• Drive integration between strategy, change management, incident governance, and training programs.
• Partner with Regional Engineering leadership for regional adoption while preserving field ownership.
• Develop performance frameworks, executive reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve systems and reporting.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into actionable operational risks and business outcomes.
