Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience leading complex programs or transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs from strategy through benefits realization.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive decisions across boundaries.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans and handle data with sensitivity.
• Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across global Tech Centers, from strategy through adoption and benefits realization.
• Develop and manage integrated transformation roadmaps with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance, cadence, and reporting for timely decisions and accountability.
• Align priorities with senior leaders and translate requirements into integrated delivery plans.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies across regions with local customization.
• Incorporate AI capabilities to accelerate planning and reporting with validated outputs.
• Define success measures and provide leaders with clear insights and options.
• Strengthen delivery capability by standardizing practices and tooling across the network.
• Mobilize globally distributed teams, clarify ownership, and ensure accountability.
