Provide line of sight to progress, risks, and decisions for senior stakeholders across the Program, escalating critical issues as needed and facilitating removal of road‑blocks to help maintain pace across the transformation. Managing the Accelerate 2030 Program’s daily operations, including overseeing the totality of initiatives and optimizing processes as needed. Coordination & Communication – Lead Transformation Office support communications including managing meeting cadences, preparing analyses and update materials, and communicating on behalf of the Transformation Office. Maintain regular communication with TO Program Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a total Program perspective on core priorities and transformation direction, highlighting areas of divergence and supporting resolution where needed. Prepare holistic Program reporting materials (with support from TO Program Managers), including presentations, status reports, dashboards, enablement materials, working documents and executive updates. Lead and facilitate key Program meetings, including stage gate meetings, and document key decisions, actions, and next steps. With support from Transformation Communications, develop compelling narratives for GEB meetings, Board meetings, and other key forums, translating transformation priorities into clear and actionable messaging. Coordinate with business segment and functional subject matter experts to deliver targeted expertise across the Program. Support change management and communications vendor management and external consultant coordination as required. Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance – Document lessons learned and contribute to Transformation Office knowledge base to be shared within the Program and across ongoing initiatives at JLL. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, ways of working, communication, and execution discipline across initiatives. Constructively challenge initiative teams where progress, pace, or quality is off‑track while resolving road‑blocks.
