Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management.
• 3+ years' experience in Lease Administration.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead client transition projects from mobilization to stabilization, acting as primary contact and project manager.
• Coordinate data collection, data quality, and readiness tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and deploy change and communications plans aligned with strategy and governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure timely delivery of milestones and handoffs to account teams.
• Manage budgets, scope, schedule, and risk for multiple projects concurrently.
