Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience as a real estate project management leader.
• Proactive thinker and leader.
• Experience leading others within a corporate environment.
• Ability to build consensus, influence outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service project management for the client across their national portfolio.
• Grow & manage key client and account relationships; manage conflicts to amicable resolution.
• Achieve required KPIs while meeting high standards for delivery and communication.
• Assist client in developing a project delivery strategy linked to their objectives.
• Manage PM team's lifecycle and vendor performance to ensure contractual compliance.
• Interface with PMs, architects, client staff, property managers, and other vendors as needed.
