Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Director, Transformation to lead the Accelerate 2030 program from Chicago on-site. You will partner with the CTO, design governance, track progress, and ensure timely decisions across initiatives, aligning with global transformation objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic program execution, stakeholder management, and facilitation of stage-gate meetings, reports, and communications to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or project management credentials preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with 2+ years in transformation or broad strategic Program execution / delivery.
• Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record delivering high visibility or strategic projects from planning through execution in complex, matrix organizational environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transformation agenda, governance, and decisions.
• Manage Transformation Office communications and reports.
• Monitor initiative progress, business case delivery and value realization.
• Provide line of sight on risks, dependencies, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations of the Accelerate 2030 Program.
