Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP’s Government and Infrastructure practice delivers consulting and audit services to federal, state, local and education clients to turn strategy into measurable results. The role supports the Transformation Execution Team, delivering polished, review-ready documentation and program mgmt deliverables for government engagements.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and access robust PM training and leadership development while supporting complex, high-profile projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or related business field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading engagement teams.
• Experience with PM software packages (MS Project or Oracle Primavera).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead collaborative teams across dynamic client engagements.
• Collect and analyze data to recommend organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality program management and documentation support to government clients.
• Build trusted relationships across client, stakeholder and EY teams.
• Communicate the value of EY US portfolio, program and project management methodologies.
• Coach and develop professionals while supporting talent initiatives.
• Draft, edit and format policies, SOPs and implementation guidance.
• Develop briefing decks, talking points and executive correspondence for leadership review.
