The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in transfer admissions or advising, and experience with DegreeSight, Colleague, and TargetX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Transfer Admissions or Transfer Student Advising in higher education.
• Familiarity with the Michigan Transfer Agreement and MACRAO frameworks preferred.
• Experience with CRM/SIS (e.g., Colleague, TargetX) and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple workflows.

Aufgaben

• Process transfer credits and validate AI-generated equivalency recommendations.
• Coordinate with Admissions Counselors and Academic Advisors to collect syllabi and work samples for evaluation.
• Monitor turnaround times and escalate bottlenecks or system issues.
• Oversee Prior Learning Assessment and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in mapping articulation agreements and updating DegreeSight datasets.
• Communicate status updates to Associate Registrar and advisors; participate in events as needed.
