• Experience developing or improving operational processes and workflows.
• Experience supporting compliance initiatives, audits, or procedural reviews.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Experience participating in operational planning or leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and posting of transfer credits and maintain accurate transfer records in Campus Solutions.
• Coordinate and support athletics-related transfer evaluations and follow-ups.
• Manage CPL-related transfer activities and technology projects as assigned.
• Provide reliable information to academic advisors, Athletics Compliance Coordinator, and campus partners.
• Communicate transfer policies and updates across campus.
