Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Transaction Specialist II in the Exception Processing department. You will process stop payments, CAN/RANN requests, and other EOD tasks with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with teams across sites in Indiana and India to meet SLAs, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The role includes a 12:00 pm–9:00 pm schedule with a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

Proven ability to process stop payments and determine pay/return decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in 10-key by touch and MS Office.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Adapt to a team and independent work style.

Responsibilities

Process stop information to make a pay/return decision.
Utilize comments for pay/return decisions.
Process manual requests.
Meet SLAs, productivity standards, and quality standards.
Participate in projects and working groups as required and other duties as assigned.
Exercise judgment, discretion, and prioritization.
Understand and follow Bank policy and established procedures.
