Responsibilities

• Process stop payments and status accounts to determine pay/return decisions.
• Utilize comments for pay/return decisions and process manual requests.
• Meet SLAs, productivity standards, and quality standards.
• Participate in projects and working groups as required and other duties as assigned.
• Exercise judgment, discretion, and prioritization.
• Follow bank policy and established procedures.
