Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Los Angeles. You will support due diligence and transaction advisory work for private equity funds, banks, and corporate clients across industries.

As part of a dynamic team, you will gather data, review documents, perform quality of earnings analyses, and engage directly with partners to deliver high-quality client service under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CPA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
