Job summary

Bachelor's degree required.
At least one year of related experience required.
Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
CPA or advanced degree a plus.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present analyses to management.

Responsibilities

Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
Data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
