Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in San Francisco is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team, delivering due diligence and transaction advisory support to a diverse client base.

You will work directly with Partners on engagement management, perform data gathering and earnings quality analyses, and contribute to buy-side and sell-side transactions with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or advanced degree is a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication for management presentations.
• Ability to work in a team with client personnel across industries.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side and corporate finance deals.
• Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service.
