Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Analyst for its Transaction Advisory Services team in the United States. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory support to a diverse client base, including private companies, private equity, and financial institutions.

You will interact with partners, perform data gathering and analyses, and contribute to quality of earnings reports and various financial analyses during buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
