Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA certification or candidacy and/or an advanced degree is a plus.
• High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present analyses to management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research and perform financial analysis of target companies.
• Conduct due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
