Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least one year of related experience required.
Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree are a plus.
High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
