You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet clients' complex financial needs and collaborate with a multi-industry client base including private equity and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Audit or Transaction Advisory experience preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
