Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services group in Santa Monica, providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base.

You will work closely with Partners, gather data, perform financial analysis, support buy-side and sell-side processes, and deliver high-quality client service while developing professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or advanced degree a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
