Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services group in Irvine, CA. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements and corporate finance transactions.

You will work with partners and clients to gather data, perform financial analyses, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports, while developing professionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 1 year of related experience required
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred
• CPA candidacy or advanced degree is a plus
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client matters and engagement management
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings preparation
• Research and financial analysis of target companies
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance transactions
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service
