Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist I responsible for onboarding and on-the-job training. You will design, develop, and deliver training materials and use the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance across manufacturing lines, including aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple stakeholders, creation of training content, and ongoing competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years manufacturing experience and completion of Train the Trainer course.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, and ComplianceWire experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and on-the-job training materials.
• Utilize LMS to ensure cGMP compliance and track training records.
• Perform routine audits of training records for compliance.
• Deliver training to all levels of Jubilant HollisterStier employees.
• Create training materials and conduct competency assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Stay informed on new training methodologies and ongoing education.
