Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist for the Filling NPI line (Shift A). The role focuses on onboarding and on-the-job training, using the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance in a sterile manufacturing environment.

You will design, develop, and deliver training curricula, coordinate with manufacturing teams, and assess competency across all levels. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and documentation.
• Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to achieve cGMP compliance.
• Understand manufacturing processes and equipment operation to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain On the Job Training (OJT), Instructor Led Training (ILT), and CBT initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and audit training records for compliance.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of Jubilant HollisterStier employees.
• Create training material and perform competency assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
