Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist I, D Shift to design, develop, and deliver training for parenteral manufacturing. You will manage onboarding and on-the-job training using the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes including sterilization, filling, lyophilization, and packaging.
• Create and maintain On Job Training, Instructor Led Training, and Computer Based Training initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and perform routine audits of training records.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of employees and develop training material.
• Perform competency assessments and coordinate training with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed of new training methodologies and onboard new hires.
