Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA seeks a Training Specialist I, NPI to design, develop, and deliver onboarding and on-the-job training at the parenteral manufacturing site. You will use the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance and operator readiness, and create training materials for ILT, CBT, and audits.

The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, competency assessments, and ongoing improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years' manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Trackwise, Master Control and Compliance Wire required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and on the job training using LMS to achieve cGMP compliance.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of employees.
• Perform competency assessments and monitor training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and provide solutions.
• Stay informed of current training methodologies and continue education.
