Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier CMO in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist I to design, develop, and deliver onboarding and on‑the‑job training for manufacturing teams. The role uses the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance and requires understanding of equipment and processes in sterile production.

You’ll create training materials, perform competency assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs. This is an on‑site, full‑time position with day‑one benefits.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and on‑the‑job training.
• Use LMS to achieve cGMP compliance and understand manufacturing equipment/processes.
• Create and maintain training materials and programs.
• Perform competency assessments and audits of training records for compliance.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of Jubilant HollisterStier employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Stay informed of new training methodologies and techniques.
