Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist I for the D shift in Inspection & Packaging to design, develop, and deliver training using the LMS to ensure cGMP compliance in parenteral production.

You will handle onboarding, OJT, ILT, and CBT initiatives, deliver courses, maintain materials, and assess competency across all levels of staff, with day-one benefits and a generous wage scale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years manufacturing experience and completion of Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl and ComplianceWire required.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes including processing source materials, equipment prep, sterilization, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection & packaging.
• Create and maintain On Job Training (OJT), Instructor Led Training (ILT), and Computer Based Training (CBT) initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness.
• Perform routine audits of training records for compliance.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of employees.
• Create training material.
• Perform competency assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Create and present solutions to improve productivity and performance.
• Stay informed of new training methodologies.
• Onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in training curriculum management and approvals.
