Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelors Degree Preferred.
• 2 years’ manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes and training needs across the facility.
• Create and maintain On Job Training (OJT), Instructor Led Training (ILT), and Computer Based Training (CBT).
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance through LMS.
• Audit training records for compliance and deliver training to all levels of employees.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and propose solutions.
• Stay updated on training methodologies and onboarding of new hires.
