Jubilant HollisterStier CMO in Spokane, WA seeks a Training Specialist I focused on onboarding and on-the-job training within a cGMP manufacturing environment. You will design, develop, and deliver training materials, leveraging the LMS to ensure compliance and bolster production quality.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, creating ILT/CBT content, performing assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address training needs and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, and ComplianceWire knowledge.
• On-site Spokane location; ability to work shift A.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and documentation.
• Use LMS to ensure cGMP compliance and onboarding (OB) and on-the-job (OJT) training.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of Jubilant HollisterStier employees.
• Perform routine audits of training records for compliance.
• Create and update training material; conduct competency assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
