Jubilant HollisterStier is hiring a Training Specialist I (B Shift) in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on onboarding new hires and on-the-job training, delivering programs via the Learning Management System to ensure cGMP compliance in parenteral production.

The position requires 2 years of manufacturing experience and training leadership, with proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and SAP/TrackWise/MasterControl/Compliance Wire.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Trackwise, Master Control and Compliance Wire required.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes including processing source materials, equipment and component prep and sterilization, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection & packaging.
• Create and maintain On Job Training (OJT), Instructor Led Training (ILT), and Computer Based Training (CBT) initiatives and programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness.
• Perform routine audits of training records to ensure compliance.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of employees.
• Create training material.
• Perform competency assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Provide training solutions to improve productivity and performance.
