Priority Dispatch Corp. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and manage engaging training programs for adult learners. The role involves scheduling classes, coordinating on-site and virtual sessions, and overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering training while supporting job placement through resume and interview coaching.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Construction, Business or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Construction, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, construction, business, education or related field.
• Experience coordinating training programs and career fairs.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs per management direction.
• Manage LMS and design interactive training materials.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site training sessions.
• Prepare for and facilitate training sessions.
• Support SOP development and internal procedures.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders and plan programs.
• Create training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Maintain training records and monitor progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends in training and development.
• Assist students in job placement through resume and interview support.
