Job summary

Barton Malow Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery of training programs. You will coordinate sessions, manage logistics, and serve as a primary contact for participants before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities include LMS administration, data validation, reporting on completion rates, and producing participant materials. This role offers office-based work with occasional travel to Barton Malow offices or sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and facilitator logistics, including rooms, virtual platforms, and materials.
• Track registrations, attendance, and completions, and serve as the point of contact for participants before, during, and after training events.
• Provide administrative and operational support within the LMS by assisting with class administration, learner and instructor support, data validation, and record maintenance.
• Assist with reporting on completion rates, participation, and training activity in accordance with LMS governance standards.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Director of Talent Development and team members, including coordination with external training vendors and partners.
