Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and administration of colleague learning programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will manage the LMS, schedule sessions, track participation, and support stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

The role involves logistics, reporting, learner communications, and collaboration with vendors to deliver effective learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in training and development.
• Proficiency with Docebo LMS and web-based learning tools; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management with high attention to detail.
• Experience creating and adapting content across formats (video, eLearning, instructor-led).
• Ability to travel as needed and to manage training logistics and basic AV equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including content uploads, enrollments, assignment rules, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs; manage registrations, communications, calendars, and logistics.
• Maintain learning records, prepare training materials, and support onboarding, compliance, and development programs.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and brand partners to deliver learning initiatives and manage facilitator scheduling.
• Track and analyze learning metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and support program evaluation and continuous improvement.

This role manages the Learning Management System, schedules and coordinates instructor-led and virtual sessions, tracks participation and completion metrics, and supports stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. The coordinator also handles program logistics, reporting, and learner communications to deliver a positive learning experience.
