Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II (Training PM) to oversee training development for a new case management system. The role involves confirming training materials, reviewing client materials, and ensuring staff can effectively use the system.

The Training Manager will coordinate with the OCM, PM, and client Training teams to keep all stakeholders informed. This role requires experience with large-scale change initiatives and the ability to manage training programs and communications

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and confirm training and resource materials for the new system.
• Review client-developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the system (modules, user manuals, etc.).
• Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and conduct training.
• Provide regular status updates on training progress to the Organizational Change Manager, Project Manager and client Training team.
