Job summary

Program Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote position with extensive travel to support client programs and on-site training delivery.

You will bridge technical healthcare systems and human performance, design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training curriculums, and manage end-to-end projects aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in training, development, or instructional design.
• Demonstrates and applies a comprehensive technical knowledge across complex technology assignments.

Responsibilities

• Multimodal Training Development: evaluate materials with SMEs to build a curriculum (ILT, VILT, CBT).
• Program Execution: design and deliver high-impact training programs for performance improvement.
• Quality Assurance: monitor and evaluate curricula, SOPs, and materials for retention and operational success.
• End-to-End Coordination: oversee training and exercise support for government healthcare clients, from planning to reporting.
• Resource planning: identify gaps and hire new talent as needed to meet client needs.
